Products shown in stock are shipped within 10 working days to our delivery partners.
We manufacture our models on demand and their production can take some time, this process allows us to guarantee a perfect conservation of materials and an excellent quality-price ratio.
Once your order has been manufactured, it is shipped from our factory to our logistics centre in the Paris region, where it is received and checked by our teams. Your order will then be sent to our delivery partner who will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
We are careful to avoid overproduction and waste, so we order products in small quantities. This sometimes results in longer delivery times, but is part of our commitment to reducing our impact on the planet. Coupled with global delivery issues, some of our delivery times have been affected and some products are temporarily unavailable. However, you can request notification by joining the waiting list to be informed when it becomes available again.
